The Role

By matching different stakeholder needs and market insights, you identify important topics and help to translate them into impactful campaigns. You steer the development and execution of our paid media campaigns and function as the link between all parties – whether it’s advertising agencies, our internal creative teams, or other stakeholders and coordinate outcomes and workflows. That way, you contribute to raise Zenjob’s brand awareness, foster international growth, and ensure the satisfaction and thus loyalty of our business partners and talents.

Our service is available in over 30 cities in Germany and with our recent launch in the Netherlands, we want to gradually open up new international markets.

What you’ll do 

  • Lead campaigns from briefing to final execution including resource planning, budget management, campaign evaluation and documentation
  • Steer the strategy, planning and execution of ATL brand campaigns across all relevant touch points and markets including paid media and own channels
  • Oversee, and manage the overall BTL campaign calendar – Define campaign themes in collaboration with the relevant teams, own cross-channel campaign development and project management ensuring campaign channels and objectives are aligned with defined targets
  • Stakeholder guidance: Ensure effective cross-functional communication between the creative team and key stakeholders, gathering input to help drive stakeholder briefings, communication objectives, planning and alignment as well as development of creative assets
  • Act as the guardian of the Zenjob brand by ensuring content and campaigns are aligned with our brand positioning and business goals, while delivering an engaging and authentic brand experience

What you’ll bring 

  • 5+ years of professional experience in Marketing having successfully led multiple campaigns, ideally also on international level
  • A broad understanding of various marketing disciplines (brand marketing, digital, social media, and more)
  • You’re able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, independently and in close collaboration with a wide variety of partners (internal & external)
  • Combining your proactive mindset and affinity for questioning existing structures with a high degree of empathy, you are able to recognize and respond to the requirements and needs of various stakeholders
  • You are a communication talent, assertive and have a hands-on mentality – You’re able to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, expectations, To Dos and goals
  • Fluency in German & English language

A week in the life of

  • Review and provide feedback to internal creative team on campaign ideas for start of new semester
  • Discuss focus job categories with Talent Ops Manager for upcoming Cyber Week BTL campaign
  • Lead kick-off alignment meeting with local country Marketing Managers for Christmas activities
  • Meet with Product team to discuss possibilities of integrating upcoming marketing activities into mobile app
  • Provide agency with cross-channel production list for campaign photo shoot
  • Set up timeline and process for Social Media and CRM stakeholders for content spotlight on hospitality jobs
  • Align with Social Media team on feasibility of Tiktok ideas presented by agency for brand campaign
